Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Librexo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our library management system platform and services. By accessing or using Librexo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Librexo provides a comprehensive library management system that includes:

  • Student and staff management tools
  • Seat allotment and booking system
  • Fee collection and receipt generation
  • Library subscription management
  • Analytics and reporting features
  • Multi-library support and permission controls

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with Librexo, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Librexo offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. You may select a plan that best suits your library's needs. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration.

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method provided
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal from your account settings at any time.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you're not completely satisfied with Librexo, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions.

Eligibility:

  • Applies to first-time subscriptions only
  • Request must be made within 7 calendar days of initial payment
  • Valid for monthly and annual plans
  • One refund per library/organization

How to Request a Refund:

  • Email us at mail@librexo.info with your account details
  • Include your reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Note: After the 7-day period, refunds are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Renewals and additional purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Cancellation and Termination

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months (except 7-day guarantee period)
  • Your data is retained for 30 days for account recovery
  • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Abuse or misuse our services
  • Provide false or misleading information

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Librexo, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Librexo and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for providing our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Librexo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Errors or inaccuracies in content
  • Unauthorized access to your data (despite our security measures)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Librexo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Librexo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Librexo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Librexo after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
